Our terms are as follows:
We require payment within 7 days after end of auction, unless a pre-arranged agreement can be reached.
Returns are only valid after 7 days of receiving item and must be sent back in original packaging. No refund of postage will be returned.
Replacement items will only be sent out upon receipt of original item being returned. If replacement is not possible a refund will be given
